We’ve been quiet for a while—on purpose.
In a world where nearly everything is expected to be shared online, we made a conscious decision to step back from social media during our most recent litter. Not because we had nothing to show—but because we had something important to protect: our peace, our process, and our pit bull puppies.
Raising a litter of pit bull puppies is deeply personal work. It’s early mornings, late nights, constant observation, and hands-on care. And while we know that social media can be a great tool for connecting with potential puppy families, we also know it can become a distraction from what matters most—being present for the dogs in our care.
Instead of posting content for the algorithm, we poured our attention into creating a safe, loving environment for our pairing between Don Pablito x Wild Child, born January 17, 2025. We didn’t post, but we documented—and now that the puppies are thriving in their new homes, we’re ready to share their journey.

Breeding Dates: November 15th & 16th, 2024
This litter was carefully planned with temperament, health, and structure in mind. Don Pablito brings a loving and eager-to-please personality, while Wild Child is active and highly intuitive. Pablito and Wild Child bred naturally on November 15th and 16th, 2024 timing carefully for the best chance at a successful, healthy pregnancy. From there, the waiting began. We focused on Wild Child’s health, supported her with high-quality nutrition, and gave her a calm environment while we watched for signs of pregnancy.

Pregnancy Confirmation: December 11, 2024
On December 11, 2024 we confirmed the pregnancy with an ultrasound. That day brought so much relief and excitement—we saw multiple sacs developing on the screen. Wild Child was already acting more maternal: resting more, slowing down, and becoming more affectionate.

Whelping Prep: January 12, 2025
Just days before birth, we set up our dedicated whelping area on January 12, 2025. Clean, calm, and temperature-controlled, this space is where Wild Child would safely labor, deliver, and nurse her litter of pit bull puppies.

Birth Day: January 17, 2025
On January 17th, 2025 Wild Child gave birth to a healthy, beautiful litter. She was calm, confident, and instinctive throughout the entire process. Don Pablito passed along his structure and presence, and it was clear from day one that these pups were something special.

Moving Forward: Weekly Reflections to Come
This blog marks the start of a new way of sharing—one that’s slower, more thoughtful, and rooted in the real work of ethical breeding. Over the coming weeks, we’ll be posting reflections and updates from each stage of this litter’s development. Whether you’re a potential puppy parent, fellow breeder, or just a dog lover who appreciates intentional care, thank you for being here. We’re excited to share what’s been happening behind the scenes—and we’re grateful for your patience and support.
