How to Feed Raw Mixes

We recommend fasting your dog for 1 full day before feeding raw food. NO DRY FOOD OR TREATS! Just give your dog plenty of fresh water. Once they complete a full day of fasting, they can jump right into eating the Raw Mixes.

Keep Mixes frozen. You can defrost when it’s time to feed in the fridge or under running water. Some dogs like their food cold and others will like it room temp. Take the time to get to know your dog and their eating habits.

Most puppies will need up to 1.5-2 lbs daily, split into 3-4 feedings.

Most adults will need 2-4 lbs daily, split into 1-2 feedings.

Important: Once your dog is used to eating 1 protein (for example, chicken mix) and their stools are firm and easy to pass, then you can move on to adding more proteins.
