As part of our early development program, each pit bull puppy from the Don Pablito x Mo Chuisle litter participated in Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) and Early Scent Introduction (ESI) beginning on Day 3.
ENS involves a series of gentle handling exercises designed to promote confidence, stress tolerance, and resilience. Puppies typically show a mild, medium, or forceful response. An example of a mild response might look like a relaxed puppy that handles the exercises well without resistance.
ESI is the process of introducing one new scent each day, noting how the puppy responds. Puppies usually show a positive reaction (leaning toward or sniffing the scent), negative reaction (turning away), or neutral reaction (no notable interest or aversion).
Daily ENS/ESI Results
Each puppy’s response is listed by color, weight, and reaction. This data helps us learn how each pup processes novelty and stimulation during the critical first few weeks.

These early experiences help build a strong foundation for adaptability and confidence. While no single day defines a pup’s temperament, tracking consistent patterns gives us a helpful head start in matching them with the right homes.
We’re proud to document and share this part of our process and thankful for the opportunity to raise puppies with intention and care.
Thanks again for following along!
